Job Objective

PAXUS and PAXUS-CONNECT are, respectively; fund accounting and share registration, fund administration software; and web portal software solutions developed, distributed and maintained by us, along with our optional web hosting solution PAXUS-CLOUD. We are seeking a candidate to fulfil the role of infrastructure administrator to support the day-to-day management and triaging of all group networks including server and client systems deployed over DaaS, SaaS and additional group cloud instances. This responsibility includes the administration of Servers, Routers, Switches, VPN endpoints, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points and identifying appropriate courses of action to ensure Network uptime, efficiency, redundancy and security. The principal role objectives are to assist with the administration of:

  • Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP in Azure
  • Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure
  • Office 365 / Sharepoint
  • Corporate email accounts and mapping to O365
  • Web server certificates, pfs-cloud.com, pfssupport.com, pfs-connect.com etc.
  • Monitoring & reviewing network performance
  • Install and configure physical or virtual hardware and software including OS, patches and updates.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

The role would suit an individual with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with:

  • Technology certifications (MCITP, MCSA, MCTIP, A+, Network+, etc.)

Job Objective

We are seeking a candidate to fulfil the role of test analyst to support our global client base. Reporting to the Test Manager, the key role objectives are to:

  • Complete functional system & regression testing of all product enhancements, fixes and strategic projects, ensuring full coverage of the requirements & design;
  • Complete regular manual & automated regression testing of planned upgrade releases (major & minor versions);
  • Assist in the development of test automation suites using a variety of automation tools;
  • Provide ad-hoc feedback on business requirements / technical design documents for new software developments;

Required Experience:

  • Experience of SSMS / SQL Query, and prior fund accounting/transfer agency experience will be beneficial

Job Objective

Job Objective

We are seeking a product expert to assist the Head of CRM in liaising with our existing and prospective global clients in respect of active use and understanding of our software systems, from resolution of issues and queries regarding use of the existing software, through to development and promotion of the system to support continued growth of the client base.

Duties:

Existing Client Support

  • Monthly/quarterly/annual calls with clients, with frequency of calls according to size or special projects or activities to discuss elevated support issues
  • Evaluating enhancement requests / assisting to define the product road maps
  • Ascertaining Training requirements / arranging Consultancy
  • Assistance with Special projects
  • Informing clients of new functionality
